Acrobat 2020 does not email from share -windows and outlook

Hello, I have a user utilizing acrobat 2020 and his share button does not work.   When working with a document, he will select share and nothing happens, no error message, nor outlook opening a window.  I have other users utilizing the same programs/versions that it works fine on.   

Window 10, Outlook 2019 desktop, Acrobat 2020

Troubleshooting that I have done

  • Ran repair on Acrobat
  • Ran repair on Office
  • Verified windows and acrobat are up to date
  • Verified outlook is the default email in acrobat preferences and windows
  • He can start an email and drag and drop the pdf as an attachment
  • No problems sending/rcv emails and opening/sending pdf attachments

 

Any suggestions?
