Have a number of users that need special settings set when printing 8.5x17" ballots.  These go thru a high speed scanner after filling out so all ballots must be exact print outs.

PDF is created by another agency and needs to be printed "actual size".  When a user first logs in to Win 10 Enterprise desktop, this setting must be changed for each user profile.  After setting up one user and testing output, the next user who logs into same desktop has to have their setting changed.

Is there a place in Registry where a specailly created printer, say, BOD (Ballot on Demand), can be created and setting can be copied across other user profiles?

Setup in Active Directory Group Policy and push to each user of the group?

Thank-you in advance,

Pete McGrath
