Previously installed on a laptop that is now gone.
Chatted with adobe support
- Adobe support Verified that this is a Valid serial number, and that this should be working
- They also informed me that it was a volume license
- They provided me with the correct download location (which I had used before). This still not working
Adobe support would not provide any additional support, as this is acrobat 9 STD.

Hi ,
I am sorry however it is an older and unsupported version of Acrobat.
You might want to verify the serial number referring the following link once.

Adobe tech support verified my serial number. It is the correct serial, I am using the correct install. Adobe support said this should be working.

On what OS are you trying to install it? Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10 or 8.

I'm pretty sure I have seen Acrobat 9 on Win 8 and 10. Either way, I have tried both Win 7 and 8 multiple times. I get the same exact error (screen shot happens to be from 8

This appears to only deal with Acrobat being a part of a creative suite. That is not the case here. I have nothing to uninstall on my PC, I do not have a Creative Suite.
