I have a full licence paid for in 2015 that gave me access to edit, merge, export documents etc all of a sudden this week when I go into Acrobat DC told my licence / version no longer support these edit functions. Anyone had this issue and how did they resolve it.

Acrobat 2015 is not the same as Acrobat DC. You need to get the installer for the former in order for it to work.

Acrobat DC is subscription based ("Continuous"), while Acrobat 2015 is a perpetual license ("Classic").

What is the exact message? Does it really say license/version?

And what is the exact version of Acrobat DC, like 2016.234.56789?
