Acrobat DC 21.0 crashes on launch, macOS 11.2

Hi, 

how to solve Acrobat DC 21.0 crashing on launch of app? I tried to reinstall Acrobat, reinstall CC app and nothing solved it. Acrobat stops immediately after launching, no way to diagnose the problem...

As the application is crashing on launch, please try the troubleshooting steps as suggested in the following help documents:

For Windows: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html 

For Mac: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-mac.html 

Check if that helps.

 

If the above steps do not help, try to reset the application preferences: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792....

 

If you still experience the issue, let us know.

Hi Petrz,

 

Sorry for the inconvinience you faced.

If your application is crashing, you should be seeing a crash dialog with crash dumps. Could you please share those crash dump here, so that we can investigate the issue further.

Also, can you please try uninstalling and restart your machine and then re-installing the app.
