i deploy 21.001.20145 Optional update into initial installer.
then i can get v21.001.20145 in 32bit & 64bit.
both works fine in win10 LTSC without any problem.
when i find there is a newer update such as 21.001.20150, i do deployment again.
then v21.001.20150 works fine only in 32bit.
64bit version opens for a few seconds and then closes.
i found if i open a simple pdf containing only texts, it would get more time and then close.
i do uninstall and then reinstall for several times but all are in vain.
then how can i do?

Thanks for reaching out to us. From what we are getting from your text is that you are opening a pdf and then application crashes after few seconds.
Is this understanding correct? If yes, it would be great if you can send crash logs to us.

Also, have you tried upgrading the application to the latest release 21.005.20058? Is the same behaviour on this build as well?
Let us know your findings.

i have two computers@win10 LTSC.
when i install acrobat 21.001.20150 64bit@computer 1, i would get crash in few seconds even i only excute acrobat. but it goes fine at computer 2.
so, my solution is to install 32bit @computer 1 & 64bit @computer 2.
when 21.005.20048 64bit is out, i try to install in these two computers.
this time i all get crash in few seconds even i only excute acrobat.
of course 21.005.20048 32bit goes fine.
today i find that version 21.005.20058 is out. i try to install in these two computers.
i all get crash in few seconds even i only excute acrobat.
acrobat doesn't show my name on right top. it looks like i don't login but i did login in first lunch.
so finally i can only use 32bit...

LTSC is not a configuration of Windows for general use, and Adobe won't test on it.
