Hey!

As mentioned about the application crash upon using Fill & Sign feature. Is it when filling out an specific form or a document that is of larger size? Is there any specific pattern?

You have also mentioned about all users, is it an enterprise deployment or each one using their individual subscription/license?

  • Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences (Win) >Preferences>Mac>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup", "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat and try filling out the form again Or Open Acrobat>Adobe Acrobat>Preferences>Mac>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat and try filling out the form again
Note: these changes are only for testing purpose. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.
  • Make sure you all have got the latest Acrobat patch installed. https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousmay2020.htm...

Let us know if it makes any difference.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi Alexanderu

++ Adding to the suggestion by Akki_24

If the PDF file is stored on a shared network/drive, please try to download the file to the computer locally and then try to fill and sign and check.

You may also refer to the steps provided in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html and see if that works for you.

Keep us posted with the results

Regards

Amal
