Acrobat DC did not work but installation is success

I just install Acrobat DC on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5, but software dose not launch when click open. Acrobat Distiller, Acrobat Uninstaller don't work as well. But others graphic app have been installed can launch.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, the application is installed successfully but doesn't launch.

 

Do you get any error message when you try to launch the application? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Please try to reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

 

If it doesn't work please try to create a new test user profile or enable the root account on Mac as described here https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204012  and try using

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html  , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

I used Acrobat cleaner tool and reinstall application. So Acrobat DC can launch right now.
