I am unable to open the app, even though the Creative Cloud says everything’s okay.
The window says - please open Acrobat first or ask your admin. Just weird when I just tried open the app.
I tried already (no success):
- checking for updates (no updates availlable)
- uninstalling and re-installing
- there’s no other computer with another license running
- the system is compatible
- Signing out and in again
- rebooting Mac
- checking Adobe faqs and forums
- deleting all certificates
- locking and opening keys
Any ideas what could help?
