Acrobat DC freezes during creating comments

I have installed Windows 10 Pro build 20H2. Acrobat DC (20.013.20074).

During copy comments from MS Word Acrobat freezes and everything dissapears. Acrobat windows is getting white and not responding.

Waiting doesnt help.

I have tried two laptops Asus both witn Intel I7 and 16 GB of RAM.

Could it have connectino with windows 10?, because on other laptot with Windows 8 Pro the problem didnt appear.

I run this exact same version on Windows 10.  I don't copy comments from Word, but if that is a process in your workflow, I think the first thing I would try is to do a Repair Installation from the Help menu.  What are the process steps you are making that triggers the freeze?  Maybe I can try to duplicate it here to see the outcome.
