Unfortunately, Acrobat DC does not open under MacOS Big Sur 11.2. (Intel) In contrast to the other Adobe Apps, I am not shown the option to install an older version of Acrobat.
I have now reinstalled the programme several times, unfortunately without improvement.
How do you reach someone at adobe who can take care of this and provide help?
the "contact us" function does not provide usable tips.

there are no error messages during installation.
there is a window popping up:
"Acrobat Pro DC quit unexpectedly
Click Reopen to open the application again. This Report will be sent to Apple automatically"
clicking on "reopen" or normal start via Application Icon ensures immediate repetition of the whole process.
