Unfortunately, Acrobat DC does not open under MacOS Big Sur 11.2. (Intel) In contrast to the other Adobe Apps, I am not shown the option to install an older version of Acrobat.

I have now reinstalled the programme several times, unfortunately without improvement.

How do you reach someone at adobe who can take care of this and provide help?

the "contact us" function does not provide usable tips.

Hi Fabian

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Acrobat DC does not open under MacOS Big Sur 11.2. (Intel) In contrast to the other Adobe Apps.

Do you get any error message when you try to install the Adobe Acrobat DC on your Mac machine? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

If you are getting 'Sorry, something went wrong, error on opening Acrobat DC ' please refer to the steps provided in the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-activation.html#error-opening-acrobat-mac and see if that works.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

there are no error messages during installation.

there is a window popping up:

"Acrobat Pro DC quit unexpectedly

Click Reopen to open the application again. This Report will be sent to Apple automatically"

clicking on "reopen" or normal start via Application Icon ensures immediate repetition of the whole process.
