Hi!


I was also experiencing this issue, and tried the following solution, please check if that works for you:


Update Acrobat to the latest available version: 21.001.20138 Optional update, Feb 15, 2021
Make sure you have the latest version of the Office Suite installed:
Open an Office application - Word or Excel.
Click File > Account.
Under Product Information, click Update Options > Update Now.
