ACrobat DC Pro - License issue. Can't print PDFs

OK, I get the following error when trying to create a PDF in Word or FrameMaker.
I have a license because I have creative could which includes it and I have the Adobe Acrobat software open at the time that I am trying to print. It is like it can't see that I have a license. This is frustrating because it is intermittent throughout the day. It is slowing down my processing time.... UGH Anyone else seen this issue?

Use Acrobat directly. You don't need to use the online service.

I am using FrameMaker and word. The doing a save as PDF or print to PDF and I get the error.
