Acrobat DC Pro redaction unable to apply changes

Hi,

We have Acrobat DC Pro, but when redacting electronically signed document, unable neither "sanitze", nor apply redaction changes.

Any ideas is it issue with document or the tool itself?

You can't change a signed document.

even remove signatures?

When you have signed the document you can delete the signature.
