Dear Team,

I'm facing an issue with the installation of DC acrobat Pro after subscribing it . Its been 6 months I'm unable to use the tool after being paid .

Currently the system shows the version as "Acrobat Reader DC" but Im trying to install Acrobat DC Pro as per my subscription .

It keeps staying at this page during installation even after 12 hours .
