I am trying to create pdfs files however it is saying i need a suscription but i have a student creative cloud membership which comes with acrobat

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to create PDF and getting the message to get the subscription.

 

I have checked your subscription details and found that you have a valid subscription for Creative Cloud All Application. Please try to sign out of the application and reboot the computer once and sign back with your Adobe ID and check if that helps.
