Acrobat DC will not launch or reinstall after OS X Big Sur 11.2.3
Signed in with Creative Cloud. All other apps - Ps, Ai, Br, Dw, - launch. Subscription current. Restarted MacBook, signed out and back in to Creative Cloud.
When launching DC, window popped up saying couldn't connect to server to verify identity.
Uninstalled DC, tried to reinstall. Reinstall fails.
Slightly panicked. What to do?

For licensing issues, I usually contact Adobe's support. They are the only ones having access to the systems that are involved. I assume you’ve already ruled out "normal" networking issues (e.g. you can connect to the internet without a problem), which means that you very likely need Adobe's help: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Indeed online and connected. Will follow up with Adobe help.
Contacted Adobe help ansd chat assistant was very helpful. Ran AcroCleaner, then reinstalled.
