Acrobat do not start after Mac System update to Catalina 10.15.7

Hi,

I need to use Acrobat in my daily work and the application does not start... Instead, only system error reports are sent to Apple...

Any help?

As per your description, Adobe Acrobat does not work. Could you please confirm if you receive any error message when trying to launch the application? If yes, please share the screenshot of the error message.

We did check that you have subscribed to Creative Cloud All apps service. Please share the Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro DC version. 

 

Try once to remove the application using the cleaner tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
