Acrobat fasst mehrere Textfelder zusammen

Hallo Community,

VG Steve

No, you can't. PDF files were not meant to be edited in this way, so doing so is always going to be tricky.

The real solution is to go back to the original file, edit it, and then create a new PDF file from it.

Hi, the PDF File was created in Adobe Acrobat from scratch. I didn't use any other File.

With which programm can i create a PDF formular, without having problems with the Text format.

Hallo!

Form fields weren't used. The thing is, the restaurant changes its menu weekly, which also includes the count, names and descriptions of the listed dishes/drinks. By adding pre-defined form fields the client is forced to remain a fixed amount of dishes, drinks etc per page. This was not wished. The client wants to edit the PDF file as flexible as possible.

Edit text in Adobe Acrobat is a bad idea.

I know. But it didn't change the fact that the client wished to have a file he can work flexible with. And don't get me started of having to build the Design from scratch in MS Word … What would you recommend?

Tell the client it's not possible. If they want to make changes to the file they need to do so in the original (Word, InDesign, etc.) and then create a new PDF file from it. Or you could add for them form fields that will allow them to edit specific parts of it. But using Acrobat as an editor like Word is a recipe for disaster.
