Acrobat Pro 2017 and SharePoint Online saving Issues

Good Day,

I am wondering if anyone is using Acrobat Pro 2017 and SharePoint Online?  We seem to struggle with a ton of saving issues when trying to save into SharePoint.  We are thinking it is a compatibility issue.  Has anyone else had this issue or heard/read there is an issue?

Good Day,

We are sorry for the toruble. As described you are unable to save on share point using Adobe Acrobat 2017

 

We need some more information for a better understanding:

 

  • What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat 2017 you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat 2017 and make sure you have the latest version 17.11.30171 Go to Help > Checlk for updates.
  • Is this a behavior eith a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to save? Please try to save a different PDF file and check.
  • Do you get any error message while saving the file on the sharepoint? If yes please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Good Day

The user is using: Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 – 17.011.30171.  It is random pdf's that have this isssue.  The user does a lot of redacting files and then she can't save.  She opens through Adobe and has added the sharepoint site.  Her work around is having to save locally, then save over the file which is very frustrating to the user.

Hi there

 

We are sorry for the delay in response amd thankyou for sharing the details.

 

As  we can see that you are using an old version of the application 17.11.30171. PLease try to update the application to the new version available 17.11.30175 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once and check if taht makes any difference.

 

Also, please try to remove the sahrepoint location from the Acrobat, reboot the application and add the sharepoint location again and check.

 

If you are on a company network, please try to switch to a different network available and see if that helps.
