I have a expired license popup in Acrobat 9 Pro. I've reinstalled the product..it worked for a few days, but the problem of expired license comes back.
The adobe account product where the product has been registered no longer exists, so when I try to register the product appears a message that the product can only be activated once. Therefore, I have no way to show product information. I have the serial and original product box and the Windows is 10 1803.
How can I solve this problem? Adobe Brazil does not have a phone number and chat is unavailable.

Estou com problemas de senha expirada no Acrobat 9 Pro. Reinstalei o produto, que funcionou durante alguns dias, mas o problema de senha expirada voltou.
A conta do produto não existe mais, logo, ao tentar registrar o produto é exibida mensagem que o produto só pode ser ativado uma vez. Portanto, não tenho como visualizar informações do produto. Tenho o serial e caixa originais do produto e o Windows que o mesmo está instalado é o 10 1803.
Como posso resolver este problema? A página da Adobe BR não oferece número de telefone e o chat está indisponÃvel.

registration isn't possible and isn't necessary.
activation is necessary and should be possible: open acrobat 9>click help>activate... and enter your serial number when prompted.
if activate is grayed-out and deactivate is clickable, your acrobat 9 is already activated and you can ignore the registration nags.

Thanks for your help! The problem is that I can not access the option acrobat9>click help>activate.
Since I have a expired message, Acrobat can not be opened 😞
In a Google search, I've tried all that is possible:
adobe acrobat 9 pro installation/licensing issues
But the problem persists.

Expired license seems an unusual message, since Acrobat 9 licenses were permanent; only licenses found to have been sold by pirates have been blocked. What is the exact message?

Hello!
The message is exact the same from the link that I've posted above:
"Licensing for this product has stopped working" with subtext "You cannot use the product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help."
After closing this window, Acrobat 9 is closed. I have to uninstall and, after installing again, it works for some more days. Suddenly this windows appears again and I can not use it. My Acrobat 9 is in a box with an original serial number.

Hi Kglad!
I forgot to say that I've already tried all solutions from this post. However, Solution 5 and 6 was not possible to be followed because there wasn't an Adobe PCD folder in the computer. All of other solutions have been tried without success 😞
I really appreciate all help from you and other guys from this forum 🙂

This is, fortunately, not saying your license or serial number has expired. It’s saying that the software has stopped working. So there is hope...
