Acrobat pro 9 edit text

Hi All

I'd really appreciate your help on this please:

Got an existing document, need to delete text of paragraph 5 and replace with text from paragraph 6. Then delete heading '6'

Spent an age tring to work it out - Can anyone shine a light?

There is a very very limited text editing feature in Acrobat 9. Don't expect it to close up any gaps.
