Hello - I have Acrobat Pro 10.1.1 and about a month ago it started to crash everytime I open it. I can open a file but then in about 20 seconds the program crashes. I am on MacOC Mojave (10.14.6). I do not plan to update to Catalina as I loose access to to many programs that are improtant for my work with the 64 bit system.

I tried to do the update from the following post but the updates fails everytime:
 https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/bug-fixes-acrobat-dc-may-2020-optional-update-windows-and-mac...

Please advise. Thank you!
Scott

Hi Scott

We are sorry to hear that the application is crashing every time you open it.

As we can see that you are using an old version of Acrobat Pro 10. Please try to update the application to version 10.1.16 that was released on 13th Oct 2015. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/index.html and see if that works for you.

Adobe Acrobat 10 is an old and end of support application. For more details please take a look at the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-x-reader-x.html

Regards

Amal
