Is there a way to run the Comparisons from CLI with a command?
Like, it would be great if this is capable of grabbing 2 PDF's from Acrobat's cloud, and run+create a report of the comparison.

If there isn't a CLI integration, is there a Web Based view of Acrobat Pro DC? So I can create an Automation that logins, uploads both files and does the comparison. Then If I'm able to obtain some kind of response I would be able to validate the differences.

Thank you!

No, and no. Acrobat automation is described in the Acrobat SDK in great detail - it is not CLI based and MUST NOT be used in a server even if possible.
