first of all my apologies for my English (my native language is German).
I have the following problem with Acrobat Pro DC as part of Adobe Creative Cloud Teams:
It worked well for some months and suddenly I am not able to use Acrobat DC anymore (all other apps work fine). I receive the message "Subscription status cannot be confirmed - Connection with Adobe server not possible" (screenshot of German message attached).
Here is some key information:
- Adobe Creative Cloud used within a company setting
- When real-time scan (Apex One Security Agent) is turned off by our IT department Acrobat DC works perfectly well
- Our IT department already uninstalled and reinstalled everything more than once, latest updates are done
- Internet connection fine
Our IT department as well as Adobe support cannot find a solution so I am contacting the Adobe Support Community hoping that others have already been in a similar situation and have found a solution.
