Acrobat Pro DC Distiller Stopped Working

Folks,

W10 MS Word 2019, when I open an MS Word document from my NAS, go to print a document to PDF and save it to my NAS, the process begins and then stops, message" Distiller Stopped Working"  If I open the Word document from my NAS and go to print to PDF and save to my desktop, no worries.  Please advise

I don't have a reason, but maybe a solution anyway: I recommend using the Acrobat ribbon that is added to Word rather than printing to PDF. Must better results, easier to use.
