It has been a nightmare with acrobat ever since I got the Adobe Creative Cloud. It could never open and I followed the troubleshooting until I made it work. Just after a couple of days again stops working and not it shows  "We can’t verify your subscription status."When I am signed in. I tried all the other troubleshooting advice and nothing works; Singing out and back in, deleting all the keychain references to adobe, deactivating the date and time automatic setting, all I could find, and nothing. I am so frustrated with this. Please help! It's not possible that this one app is not working and all the rest are.

Hi Rodolfo,

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

As you receive this error only when try to launch Acrobat, please uninstall Acrobat using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. You may use the steps as suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Reboot the machine and install Acrobat Pro DC latest version from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html

Let us know if you still receive the error message.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
