I would contact the sales team in your region.

There is something wrong with your account.

Make sure to have the exact version of the software and ioperating system ready.

They might ask you to uninstall, run the CreativeCloudCleaner tool and reinstall.

Still not resolved, I've had 3-remote troubleshooting sessions and subsequently been left hanging for 4 days after being informed I would be called back within 24 hrs
