Hi, I have a valid subscription yet just recently I'm getting the following dialogue box appears...

Adobe Acrobat has been running with grace license on this device belonging to Complete.

Still not resolved, I've had 3-remote troubleshooting sessions and subsequently been left hanging for 4 days after being informed I would be called back within 24 hrs
