My company is using Acrobat Pro DC 2021.001.20145 and we are experiencing very long delays in all office products when selecting the "Adobe PDF Converter" printer. Once selected, a dialog box that says "Connecting to Printer" appears and can stay on the screen for 15-30 seconds depending on the speed of the machine.
What we have tried:
1. Remove, cleanup and reinstall Acrobat.
- This works until Acrobat updates to the latest version
2. Install/Reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages
3. Remove and reinstall the Adobe PDF Converter printer
Our Windows version is: Winodws 10 - 20H2 but we have noticed this on previous patch levels of Windows 10 as well.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
