Acrobat Pro DC named lizenz gekauft, lässt dich nicht aktivieren

Ich habe über den Softwareshop eine Acropbat Pro DC "Named" lizenz gekauft. Habe aber nur einen Installer ohne lizenzschlüssel o.ä. zugeschickt bekommen.

Beim Starten von ACrobat DC Pro werde ich aufgefordert meine "14 Tage Testlizenz" zu starten oder die Pro version zu kaufen. Es gibt keine option die ja berits gekaufte und bezahlte Pro lizenz zu aktivieren.

Wsa muss ich tun?
