Hello

I bought Acrobat pro DC this month. but it embarassed me by often stopped working after having finished scanning and begun organizing PDF pages. Could anyone tell me where the problem is? Thanks.

As the application stopped working, please try the troubleshooting steps as suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html 

Check if that helps.

 

If the issue still occurs, please share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine.

Do you experience this issue with every file you scan to PDF in Acrobat? Does the application crash only after using the Organize ages tool?

Would it be possible to share the PDF on which the issue occurs? We would like to check it on our end.

Thanks for your advises. I have tried the troubleshooting steps as you recommended, but the software continued its crashing after I finished scanning a file every time. Expecting further help from you side, thank you again. I’m working in Algeria, please take time difference into your consideration in case of contacting me.
