Opening files with Acrobat Pro DC in Windows 10 in Resource Manager the Acrobat.exe processes are multiply without opening the files it is possible to resolve the problem?
The installed version of Acrobat Pro DC is 32bit, is the 64-bit version available for Italy?

Hope you are doing well.

As shared, Acrobat processes are multiplied without opening the files. Have you give a try after rebooting the system once? 

1-Close all the background processes from the Task Manager, select them and End Task.

2- Now launch the application and check back.

3- If that doesn't help, then remove the application using cleaner tool http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html  and reinstall it.
