We have 13 users and it seems that several of our users Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is no longer available. They then can't download acrobat pro DC without purchasing. How do I have them all upidate their Pro DC on our current licenses?
The licences are bound to an Adobe ID. Log in with this ID under https://account.adobe.com/products and check the licenses. There you also should be able to download the installers.
