Acrobat Pro desktop version sign in problem

Hello, I am unable to sign into my adobe account within the Acrobat Pro 2020 desktop version. When clicking on the Sign In area to the right, nothing happens. 

Nothing happens either when I click on Document Cloud on the left hand side and then click the sign in oval. Any suggestions how to resolve this? I tried the Help => Repair Installation, also to no avail.

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?
