For the second time in a month, a popup that appears when I open Acrobat Pro is freezing the program. Last time it was a popup about e-signatures; this time it's a popup about editing in Acrobat Pro. I can't edit. I can't comment. I can't do anything other than close the program by using Force Quit.

When the first popup stopped appearing, Acrobat Pro worked fine. Now that there's another popup, it's freezing again. And I really need it for work today.

I'm attaching a screenshot. You'll see that all of the commands are grayed out.

I'm on a Macbook Air running Catalina 10.15.5. Acrobat Pro version is 20.012.20041.
