I have numbers next to check boxes on a PDF page that I inputed by using the Typewriter Tool. Now the comments window/menu comes up every time I open the file. Is there a way to have thius not happen or accept all comments and delete the commeents in the comment pain? When I delete the comments, the numbers also get deleted. Any answers? Much appricated and thanks!

You can flatten the pages, using this JS command:

this.flattenPages();

This will convert all comments (and fields!) to static content.

Just to clarify, everything you add with the obsolete typewriter tool IS A COMMENT. So of course if you delete comments, your numbers will be gone along with any other text added with this comment tool. To make this clearer, many years ago the typewriter tool was renamed as "add a text comment".
