I have adobe pro and it keeps crashing. I once received help and cs6 is no longer supported but I need help with this and the agent wouldn't help me

There's not much that Adobe can do because applications from CS6 have been EOL (End of Line) for many years. 

 

I guess the one big question I have for you is "are you still using the same computer and same OS that you had (say 5) years ago?

 

If the answer is no, I think the only resolution is to either start subscribing to Acrobat Pro to get a version that will work with your computer and OS or find a PDF alternative to Acrobat. 

 

Not really all that much that anyone can do, sorry.
