I have tried repairing the installation for both 2000920074 and 2000920067 with no change.

This issue is affecting all of my 160 instances.  Any ideas?

I am also having this issue. with the same errors. I used wireshark to listen to traffic in case it was some kind of license count issue. Im not the greatest at interpreting that info, but It might be a good place to look.....
