Hello there, As an IT admin, we have some users that are unable to sign-in using an existing Premium account. When they go to Sign-in option then enter the email account, the app behaves as for a sign-up (asking for a verification code that is not received - spam checked: nothing).
it seems to be related to their Google account, because even when changing computer (Chromebook), the issue persists for these users.
If anyone has any idea what could be the source of the problem, I would be super grateful.
I already tried the resets that I could think of: - Factory reset of Chromebook
- Reset app data
