[acrobat] Regular user gets disconnected many times every day

Hi there, first post here.

I have an account with two profiles created. Each has a creative cloud license assigned. A colleague of mine (who is signed on with one of these two profiles) informs me me that every day acrobat disconnects and close the program many times during working hour and every time he has to relaunch the app and input the password....

Any reason why this is happening?
