Acrobat requesting admin approval in Azure/O365

Dear support,

Few of our user are receiving the popup on iPad device requesting admin access in Azure/O365 to let the user proceed and use the app. (unfortunatly I cannot upload the picture)

Example error here show the similar pop up we are receiving.

 

Could you please provide:

1. What permission the app required?

2. What data does the app read/write?

3. Where are stored the information that you read?

4. What are the information that Adobe will save on your servers?

5. if so, where are the server located?

 

It would be great if you can provide reply and public documentation that provide these inforamtion.
