Hello all,

So I am working on a process in which a form gets filled out by a sales person, then gets emailed to a credit specialist. The credit specialist makes edits and approves the form, then sends it on to operations personnel. The operations personnel edit only one of two form fields and then they send it back to accounting. How can I make it where different form fields can be edited by different users? For instance, if I want invoice number to only be editable by sales and accounting, but I still want operations to be able to enter the route number without the option of accidentally editing the invoice number. Any thoughts? Advice?

Thank you,

Abigail Carpenter

Take a look at Adobe Sign. It allows you to limit field editing, but it generally requires a signature before sending it to the next person in a list, but parallel workflows as well.
