Acrobat Standard XI

Pictures no longer populate in a document;  A solid gray picture is in it's place.    Using windows 10 with this program.  Have some features been eliminated from this version?  Is there a list of issues posted for this program that I can access on line?

Hi SEWIMAGES,

Try "Repair Installation" under Help menu.

Could you please confirm the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Standard XI installed on your system.

Are you experiencing this issue with the a particular PDF? Please try to replicate this with other PDF's.

Can you share that document so we can check it on our end?

Thank you for the follow-up. I am using version 11.0.18 of the application. Repair made no improvement, I am this getting this problem; no pictures and “grayed-out” menu items. This program was working until adobe updated DC reader (free local version). I have PDF creator pro 10 and it seems to work just fine with the basics. Did the update turned off features with Acrobat IX? If so will I be able to use this program within Windows 10? Will there be a correction. I do not need to use all the menu items a subscription offers in the cloud. I just need the old program to work.
