Acrobat Version 12

I purchased a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro in May 2016.  Windows 10 crashed on my laptop which required a complete re-install so I lost my Adobe Acrobat Pro installation.  How do I download Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 12 and re-install?  Thank you.
