Action Wizard Ignoring Save Step--Not Optimizing Files or Saving to the Right Folder

Hello! Can someone help me with this issue?

I'm trying to use Acrobat's Action Wizard tool to batch optimize files. Below is how my action looks:

I specified the settings in the save step so that it will optimize the files with the right settings, but when I run the action, it opens all the files so it LOOKS LIKE something is happening, but when I go to my output folder, nothing is there. When I check my input folder, all the files are the same (not renamed and not optimized). I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Can someone help me to get this action working correctly?
