Adding 2nd signature causes : Annotations Modified > Link annot on page 1 [Adobe Acrobate Pro DC]

I have a PDF document which is created from a WORD document.

After adding 2nd signature to the PDF document, I have a message in Adobe Acrobate Pro DC as shown in the below image by 2 RED arrow marks.

It would be helpful to know the reasons for this message even though signature are valid by themselves.? Attaching the PDF and word document as well  with the post for reference.

 

Note:  The original word document constains a LINK (in Title 1 section) which references a non-exisiting location in the word document. Therefore, we have a message "Erreur ! Source du renvoi introuvable.."
