I created a Portofolio for a client in Acrobat Pro.

One of their clients extracted the a file and filled out the form.  We need to get the file back into the Portfolio. The clients client only had the basic Acrobat.  Is there any other free version of Acrobat that would let them update the portofilio and replace the filled out file?

No, Reader cannot add files to a PDF Portfolio.  You should however be able to fill out the file within hte Portfolio and then save the PDF portfolio with the updated form.

Is it only Pro that can do this? Or is there another Acrobat that does not cost for my client to use?

Only Pro can edit a Portfolio (Acrobat Standard cannot do that either), but as I said above, you should be able to fill the form in the Portfolio.

Thanks.  Yes they were suppose to fill out the form inside the portfolio but they extracted it for some reason and we were hoping to get it back into without them having to send back to us to do for them.

Thanks for you help.
