ADDING A TEXT TAG FOR SIGNATURE 1 TO UPLOAD A DRIVER'S LICENSE IN DC PRO

I have a adobe form that I am sending out to be signed.   This guide:  https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/text-tag.html#Supporting

on page 17  says I can add text tag that becomes a field to upload a DL ({{*DriversLicense_es_:signer1:attachment:label("Driver's License")}})

I create a text field and name it with this tag language and nothing happens.  Can anyone tell me how to make this work?
