Adding Comment to Acrobat - appears to strike thru text.

Hello, when highlighting words for which I want to insert a comment, Adobe appears to strike through those highlighted words. How do I prevent that? Thanks!!! Michael.

How are you highlighting the words, exactly? Can you post a screenshot, or even share a sample file with these comments?
